Pricing and quotations

• All prices are subject to availability until a reservation is confirmed in writing.
• Published prices, custom quotes, and package rates may change without notice before confirmation.
• Your quote or confirmation will identify what is included in your booking, such as accommodation, meals, park access, transfers, or scheduled activities.
• Taxes, conservation fees, or third-party charges that apply to your booking will be communicated before payment is completed where possible.

Booking confirmation and payment

• A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and acknowledged by Eco Mara Tented Camp or the relevant booking platform.
• If payment is not received by the stated deadline, the reservation may be released or repriced based on current availability.
• Bookings made through third-party providers, including online travel agencies, are also subject to that provider's payment schedule and booking rules.

Changes, cancellations, and no-shows

• Cancellation and amendment terms may differ depending on the rate plan, season, package type, and booking channel.
• Any booking-specific cancellation deadline, deposit condition, or non-refundable rate will form part of your reservation once accepted.
• Requests to change travel dates or guest details should be submitted as early as possible and are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
• Late cancellations, unused services, early departures, and no-shows may be charged in full or in part depending on the terms attached to the reservation.

Refund processing

• Where a refund is approved, it will usually be returned to the original payment method unless another method is required by the payment provider.
• Refund timing can vary based on banks, card issuers, payment processors, and third-party booking platforms.
• Processing fees, non-refundable promotions, and third-party charges may be excluded from reimbursement unless required by law or stated otherwise in your booking terms.
